1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
2: If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement.
FOR MULTI-MONTH AGREEMENT MEMBERSHIPS: If the agreement term is not completed in full, the cancellation fee is two month’s of your membership dues. The cancellation fee does not extend your membership by two more months. If you are within two months of your remaining agreement, the cancellation fee is the remaining amount due in your agreement.
FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS: There are no cancellation fees. However, your membership will only be canceled before the next billing cycle if you submitted your cancellation form 30-days prior to your billing date. Note that if you are submitting your cancellation form within 30-days prior to your billing date then next month's payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
