GETTING STARTED IS EASY

Getting started on your CrossFit journey is easy with CrossFit Burlingame. Experience a kind of fitness you've never experienced before. Our classes are unbelievably fun and totally newbie-friendly. We understand trying something new can be unnerving and intimidating, but we guarantee all of your fears will be put to rest as soon as you walk into your first class. Our community is warm, and the coaches are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and consummate leaders. Your first few weeks are guaranteed to be filled with physical and mental accomplishments you never imagined possible. NEW TO CROSSFIT

Anyone who is new to CrossFit will get the opportunity to start with a FREE class. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your unique goals, to determine the best path to success, and to show you what the CrossFit Burlingame community is all about.

During your FREE session:

  • An overview of our unique training methodology
  • A movement assessment
  • A dynamic warm-up to get your heart pumping and primed to work out
  • Workout with the best, most motivated and experienced coaches
  • Detailed introduction to the movements in the workout
  • Specific information on how we transform your health, fitness, and lifestyle in record time

EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTER

We know finding a new CrossFit box is an incredibly personal decision. We consider our community our second family and we know you're looking for that same connection. Relationships and connections are a huge part of what makes for a successful fitness program and we know CrossFit Burlingame has the best community around! Plus, our programming is fun and smartly designed. You're going to get better with each workout.

During your FREE class you will receive:
